1. Services Provided

Millennial’s Career Hub (MCH) provides digital and personalized career support services, including:

• Resume writing and reviews

• LinkedIn profile optimization

• Job search and interview coaching

• Career strategy development

• Digital resources (eGuides, templates, etc.) via platforms such as Amazon and Payhip

Each service has its own timeline and delivery process. Clients are encouraged to ask about turnaround times prior to booking or during consultation.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information

• Engage in open communication for timely delivery and revisions

• Understand that while we offer tools and support, job placement outcomes are not guaranteed

 

3. Revisions

We offer up to two (2) rounds of revisions for resumes, completed within 2–3 business days. Additional revisions beyond this may be subject to extra charges.

 

4. Consultations and Cancellations

Free consultations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
We understand emergencies may arise, so clients may reschedule one (1) time at no extra cost. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a loss of the free consultation benefit.

 

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will do our best to address your concerns within the scope of your purchased service.

 

6. Payment Terms

All services must be prepaid through our accepted payment channels. Failure to pay may result in service delays or cancellation.

 

7. Marketing & Communication

By using our services, you consent to the collection of your email address and phone number for service-related communication and occasional marketing messages. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All MCH content—including resumes, templates, coaching materials, and eGuides—is protected under copyright and is for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

MCH is not responsible for employment outcomes, application results, or third-party platform performance. Our goal is to equip you with the best tools and support, but ultimate results depend on external variables.

 

10. Modifications

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
